Carbon Black ASTM Standard Quality
Carbon Black ASTM standard quality is a high structured and high modulus Carbon Black, that increases abrasion resistance, wear and extrusion properties. This material is used in most elastomers, typical for radial tire tread and conveyor belt compounds. It provides superior abrasion resistance over N220 and N339; excellent wear and extrusion properties typical of improved process high structure blacks.

Application
Carbon Black N234 ASTM standard quality is to be used in the tread rubber of tires, ordinary cars, and the rubber products, truck, transport tire tread, moderate wear resistant rubber products, shoe soles, conveyor belt, and high performance tread compound which need high strength and high wear resistance.
Packing, Storage And Handling
We have 20kg bag, 500kg bag and 1000kg jumbo bag.
For 20kg bag, we can load 9.24 tons in 20GP and 23.40 tons in 40HQ.
For 500kg bag and 1000kg bag, we can load 22 tons in 40HQ.
All cargo are on pallet.
Carbon Black ASTM standard quality should be kept in a dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not store together with strong oxidizing agents. Do not store together with volatile chemicals as they may be adsorbed onto product. Keep in properly labeled containers.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not breathe dust. Provide appropriate exhaust ventilation at machinery and at places where dust can be generated. Do not create adust cloud by using a brush or compressed air. Fine dust is capable of penetrating electrical equipment and may cause electrical shorts. Take precautionary measures against static discharge.
