Products Description

N550 carbon black is a kind of rubber carbon black, suitable for natural rubber and all kinds of synthetic rubber. N550 carbon black is a granular black solid, the main component of which is carbon. It has a high specific surface area and adsorption properties, which makes it show many excellent properties in the rubber industryeasy to disperse, can give the rubber material high stiffness, fast extrusion speed, smooth extrusion surface, small expansion of the mouth, vulcanized rubber has good high temperature resistance and thermal conductivity, reinforcement, elasticity and resilience. The carbon black used in tyres here refers to carbon black N550.

Product application

1. Physical properties: N550 carbon black has a large specific surface area and pore volume, which allows it to effectively increase fillers in rubber materials, thereby improving the tensile strength and hardness of rubber.

2. Dispersion performance: N550 carbon black has uniform particle size and good dispersion, which can be integrated with rubber to form a uniform composite structure, thereby improving the wear resistance and aging resistance of rubber. The carbon black used in tyres here refers to carbon black N550.

3. Electrical conductivity: Because N550 carbon black has good electrical conductivity, it can effectively release static electricity in rubber tires, reduce the electrostatic friction between the tire and the ground, and improve the safety of car driving.

4. Automobile tire is one of the most important application areas of N550 rubber carbon black. Adding N550 carbon black as a filler to rubber tires can significantly improve the tensile strength, wear resistance and aging resistance of tires, increase the service life of tires, and thus improve the safety and stability of vehicle driving. The carbon black used in tyres here refers to carbon black N550.
