Carbon black filler N115 is a fine powder produced by incomplete combustion of carbon containing raw materials (petroleum or coal tar). It is mainly composed of carbon element, a small amount of oxygen, hydrogen and sulfur. Carbon black filler, appearance is pure black fine or powdery, approximately spherical, insoluble in water, acid, alkali. And it can be burned into carbon dioxide in the air.
N115, with a high surface area and a medium structure, which enables a maximum abrasion resistance and reinforcement. This kind of Carbon Black is used as reinforcing filler for e.g. truck tires or mechanical rubber goods. It offers a very good tensile strength, as well as a high tear and abrasion resistance.

Product Application
N115 is mainly for off-road tires and heavy-duty tire tread, bridge rubber pads, coveyor belts and other rubber products that require outstanding abrasion resistance.
