Products Description
N550 is suitable for natural rubber and synthetic rubber products, easy to disperse and can endow rubber compound a high stiffness, high spead extrusion, die-swell is small, the high temperature performance, heat-conducting property, reinforcement performance, elasticty and renaturation are good. It is mainly used for tire texture, side wall, iner tube, extrusion products etc. N550 carbon black has a low degree of polymerization, but shows better strength and toughness characteristics, suitable for the manufacture of high strength rubber products.
Product Application

In coatings, it can improve the durability, oil resistance and weather resistance of the coating, and increase the gloss and toughness of the coating. Because of its tighter lattice, N550 carbon black is more suitable for the outer coating of wire and cable to ensure the insulation and mechanical strength of the product. The dispersion of carbon black 550 is relatively poor, but its unique structure makes it have good plasticity and conductivity properties.
