SRF Carbon Black
SRF Carbon black is Semi-Reinforcing Furnace (SRF) carbon blacks including all N700 series carbon blacks. Our factory only produce N774, it increases modulus, stiffness and abrasive resistance of the elastomer by reinforcement. It is ued in a variety of industrial rubber compounds. It offers moderate tensile strength.

Typical Application
SRF Carbon black can be used in belts, hoses, molded goods, and footwear and all rubber products.
Packing
SRF carbon black physical form is granular form, it is packed in 20kg paper bag, 500kg bag and 1000kgs jumbo bags.
We usually load 12000kgs in a 20 feet container and 24000kgs in a 40 feet container.

Which grade carbon blacks do you produce?
We produce rubber grade N115, N134, N220, N234, N330, N326, N375, N339, N550, N660, N774.
Where is your factory located in?
Our factory is located in Shanxi province and in Guizhou province in China.
How many tons does your factory can produce each month?
The total production capacity of our 2 plants are more than 700,000ton per year, we now have 14 production lines now.
How do you control quality?
We usually do a intermediate test every two hours during the production, and will make a final test before cargo is delivered out of factory. We also support PSS test before order is shipped, once the PSS is approved, then we will deliver the cargo. All our carbon black are produced according to our national standard GB3778-2011, all cargo delivered are qualified product.
What is your payment term?
We can accept 30% TT in advance + 70% TT against BL copy, LC at sight, LC at 30 -60 days, DA, DP.
