Products Description
Carbon black N110 can be used for off-road tires and truck tires, rubber pads for Bridges, conveyor belts and other rubber products requiring good wear resistance. Ultra-wear-resistant N110 carbon black is one of the varieties with the smallest particle size, the highest reinforcing performance and the best wear resistance in rubber carbon black, but its application is limited because of its poor processing performance (high mixing energy consumption, difficult dispersion, and not easy to roll and press, etc.). Carbon black N110 can be used with N220 and N330.

Product Application
Due to the high structure of the surface of carbon black N110, it can effectively interact with rubber molecules to form a strong physical cross-linking and mechanical reinforcement effect. Therefore, n110 carbon black can greatly improve key physical properties such as strength, ductility, hardness and wear resistance in rubber products. N110 can also effectively inhibit the adverse factors such as thermal aging, oxidative aging and ultraviolet aging of rubber products, thereby improving the service life and durability of rubber products.
Rubber carbon black N110, as a high quality reinforcing filler, is widely used in rubber industry. In the field of tire manufacturing, the N110 provides excellent wear and crack resistance, thereby improving tire durability and handling performance. In rubber products such as rubber pipes and seals that have been subjected to physical and environmental erosion for a long time, N110 carbon black can delay the aging process and improve the stability and service life of the material. N110 can also be used in rubber boots, rubber pads and other rubber products to increase its strength, improve mechanical properties and appearance.

FAQ
Q1. Is the list price of the product the selling price?
A: No, it isn't. Since the price of chemical raw materials fluctuates greatly in the market, our current price is not necessarily the same as the listed price on the details. (Quotation validity is generally subject to our background communication or email communication) due to frequent market fluctuations, please consult with the staff to confirm whether there is spot and price.
Q2. What should I do if I find the packing damaged after receiving the goods (N110 carbon black)?
A: First of all, different situations should be analyzed specifically. First, it is necessary to make sure that the goods are in good condition before packing. If the goods are in good condition before packing, they are divided into extrusion damage during freight and pallet damage at the end of loading and unloading. And the size of the damage, the amount of cargo loss and other factors will lead to different solutions.
