Products Description
N660 is suitable for various rubber products, compared with semi-reinforcing furnace black, its structure is high, particle size is fine, can be well dispersed in rubber compound, the property of tensile strength, tearing strength, and stress at definite elongation is good, deformation is small, calorification is low, elasticity and flex stiffness are both good. It is mainly used tire belt ply or cord layer, inner tube, bicycle tyre, rubber tube, cable and wires, shows, extrusion products, molded products etc. The particle shape of n660 carbon black is relatively irregular, the surface is rough, the absorbance is low, and the blackness is correspondingly shallow. Therefore, n660 carbon black is a medium black carbon black, suitable for relatively light color applications.
Product Application
The N660 carbon black is more granular and has a better reinforcement effect, so it is suitable for some applications with high strength requirements, such as tire manufacturing. It can significantly improve the grip and wear resistance of tires and enhance driving safety. N660 carbon black is widely used in plastic products, such as wire and cable and injection molding products, and is popular for its medium blackness and good reinforcement properties.
Because N660 carbon black has high flexibility and low wear resistance, it is mainly used in the rubber industry requiring high bending products, such as rubber pipes, rubber joints and sutures. n660 carbon black also plays a role in areas such as rubber bakelite and rubber foam. N660 carbon black has more structural details, which helps to improve the flexibility and bending of the product, while reducing wear.
