Taking advantage of the company's high-quality carbon black oil refined from coal tar as raw material and gas as fuel in the park, 10 wet new process carbon black production lines have been built by our factory, realizing one conventional model produced by using one production line, and the stability of products has been guaranteed. The annual production capacity of a single line reaches 60,000 tons, and the annual production capacity of a single plant reaches 480,000 tons, leading the world in single-plant production capacity.
The whole production line adopts advanced reactor type combined with domestic and foreign and independent research and development, 950 degree high-temperature air preheater, self-developed oil heater, advanced laboratory equipment at home and abroad, and DCS intelligent control system jointly developed by SUPCON to form an automated and intelligent production line to provide guarantee for the research, development and production of high-quality carbon black.
All over the country, the products are also exported to the United States, Russia, Japan, South Korea, India, Malaysia and other countries; And in China with ZC Rubber, Linglong Tire, Sailun Group, Triangle Tyre, Double Coin Tyre, Prinx Chengshan (Shandong) and other top ten rubber enterprises to establish long-term business contacts.
At present, the conductive carbon black produced by us can be used as raw materials for new energy dry batteries, power cable shielding materials, and also used in conductive rubber, plastic products, aerospace, national defense, electric vehicles, wireless communications, consumer electronics and other fields.

Yes, we can provide standard quantity sample.
What is your payment term?
30% TT in advance + 70 TT against BL date, LC at sight or usance LC.
Can you assure you quality if sample is approved?
Yes, we will provide the same lot cargo is PSS is approved, and will provide same level quality is sample is approved, all carbon black produced by us is strictly following to China national standard, and during whole production process, we will test it every 2 hours--call it as intermediate analysis, when cargo is out of factory, we will make a finished product analysis. If customer prefer pee-shipment inspection, we are also OK.
