Features
Carbon Black concrete N-550 Medium reinforcing Carbon Black with a higher structure in comparison to N-539. This material imparts a medium abrasion resistance, high strength, low shrinkage and it provides a high extrusions capacity.
It is predominantly used in tire carcasses, inner tubes, cable jacketing, gaskets and plastic compounds.
Applications
Carbon Black N550 is recommended to be used in cord layer of tires, sidewall of tires, the rubber material for extrusion or calendered goods.
Carbon Black concrete N550 fits for nature rubber and all kinds of compound rubbers, plastics, easy dispersion, could provide rubber well inflexibility, fast extrusion, and smooth surface after extrusion with good reinforcing intensity, elasticity, and recovering intensity. It's better to mix with N660 when the N550 is used in butyl rubber (PIBI) inner tube.
